Change & Company is a German organisational development and transformation consultancy.
The firm primarily works with C-suite executives and leadership teams at established corporations. The team’s main design challenge was to balance a premium, professional aesthetic with the warmth and humanity at the heart of a coaching business.
The design system pairs an elegant color palette and serif typography with hand-drawn, organic illustrations of workshop scenes. Each design asset juxtaposes these contrasting styles to create a brand aesthetic that feels professional yet contemporary, warm, and human.
